The Assembly Process

Cell selection is heavily driven by your application: calculating the exact balance of energy vs. power cells, cycle life, and form factor. I match pack voltage and capacity directly to your ESC and motor, then design a physical layout optimized for the frame. Assembly is executed with high-end spot welding equipment, proper multi-layer insulation, and strain relief. Every single pack is tested for cell balance, internal resistance (IR), and sustained discharge capability before delivery.
